Our mission is simple: provide churches with the financial clarity and professional management they need to thrive, while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and stewardship.
With decades of combined experience in church financial management, our team handles everything from daily bookkeeping to complex compliance requirements, giving you peace of mind and the freedom to focus on what matters most.

Brooke E. Pidgeon
Founder
The fourth generation owner of The Church - Budget Envelope and Church Services business that has existed since 1917. His passion is to help the church in any way possible. Whether it be through the development of quality products, extension of low prices, easy-to-use electronic giving, or simply fulfilling needs to help Church leadership engage, enthuse, motivate and encourage is what drives me to innovation.
In 2018, I was asked to be part of our Parish Financial Committee at St. Paul Church here in Salem. Thankfully, I was surrounded by intelligent financially literate individuals who helped me clearly understand what was provided for us to review. After a few short months I quickly realized I was placed on this committee to help other parishes be more efficient using the most accurate data. If we struggle, others have to be feeling the same pain. Hence, the development of The Church-CFO back office services.
